Julie Jacob
As CEO and Director of Lausdeo, she brings a rare blend of technical depth and strategic vision. Beginning her career in 2008 as a software engineer, she later partnered with Ajish in 2022 to develop advanced AV modules in C#, a collaboration that laid the founding stones of Lausdeo.
She holds certifications from industry leaders such as Harman AMX and Crestron, and has assisted in delivering successful AV projects across India, the Middle East, and the USA.
She has a sharp understanding of client needs and is deeply committed to crafting solutions that are both high‑quality and cost‑effective. Her passion for user-centric technology continues to shape Lausdeo’s direction and the value it delivers to clients worldwide.
Ajish Raju
As one of the AV industry’s true veterans, CTO and Co-Director Ajish Raju has built his career on relentless hard work, unwavering dedication, and a deep commitment to quality. His strong ethical values and dependable approach have earned him the trust of AV clients and consultants not only across India, but around the world.
Ajish is the first person in India to achieve the prestigious Crestron CSP Certification, a milestone that reflects his mastery of control systems and his leadership in the AV domain. He also holds certifications from QSC, AMX, Extron, and BIAMP, further strengthening his reputation as a multi‑platform expert.
Beyond technology, Ajish has contributed to the industry through his writing for rAVe Publications, where he shared insights, best practices, and perspectives that help elevate the AV community.
